Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — projects are typically split 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Larger projects can be structured across milestones.
What's included in post-launch support?
Bug fixes, minor tweaks, and performance questions. Not new features — those are scoped separately.
Can I upgrade my tier mid-project?
